Pakistan Travel Easy ("we", "us") operates this website and the enquiry forms on it. Our registered contact address is Office 12, Travel Plaza, Blue Area, Islamabad, Pakistan.

This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, what we do with it, and the choices you have. Please read the section titled "Sharing your information with other travel businesses" carefully, as it describes how your enquiry may be passed to companies other than us.

When you submit an enquiry, booking request or application form, we collect the information you enter. This typically includes your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address, departure city, intended travel dates, group size, budget range and the package or service you are interested in.

Where you are progressing an actual booking, we may additionally collect documentation required by airlines, hotels and visa authorities, such as passport details, CNIC number and vaccination records.

We also collect limited technical information automatically, including your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you visit and the site or advertisement that referred you.

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations, arrange flights, hotels, transport and visa processing, communicate with you about your booking, meet our legal and record-keeping obligations, and improve the website.

We also use enquiry information to introduce you to other travel businesses who may be able to fulfil your request, as described in the next section.

• Service providers who operate this website and our systems on our behalf, including hosting, content management, email and analytics providers.
• Airlines, hotels, ground transport operators and visa processing authorities, where this is necessary to deliver a booking you have asked us to make.
• Professional advisers, regulators or law enforcement, where we are required to disclose information by law.

Where you submit an enquiry, we rely on your consent and on our legitimate interest in operating a travel referral business. Where you proceed to a booking, we rely on the need to perform our contract with you. Where we retain records for tax or regulatory reasons, we rely on our legal obligations.

If you are located in a jurisdiction with specific data protection legislation — including the United Kingdom, the European Union or certain states of the United States — you may have additional rights, including the right to opt out of the sharing or sale of your personal information. We honour those requests regardless of where you are located.

We are based in Pakistan and our partners and suppliers may be located in Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and elsewhere. If you submit an enquiry from outside Pakistan, your information will be transferred to and processed in these countries, which may not provide the same level of data protection as your own.

We keep enquiry records for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, so that we can respond to follow-up questions and demonstrate how a referral arose. Booking and financial records are kept for as long as tax and travel regulations require, typically up to seven years. Identity documents supplied for a specific booking are deleted once that booking is complete and any dispute window has passed.

• Ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
• Ask us to delete your information, where we are not required to keep it.
• Ask us to stop sharing your details with referral partners, or to stop contacting you altogether.
• Withdraw a consent you previously gave, at any time. This does not affect processing that already took place.
• Complain to a relevant data protection authority if you believe we have handled your information improperly.

Note that once a partner has already received your enquiry, you will need to contact that partner directly to have their copy of your details removed; we will tell you who they are so that you can do so.

If you have enquired with us, we may contact you about similar travel packages by email, SMS or WhatsApp. Every message will include a way to stop receiving them, and you can opt out at any time by replying STOP or contacting us directly. Opting out of marketing does not stop us contacting you about a booking already in progress.

This website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember your preferences and understand how the site is used. We may also use advertising and analytics tools that set their own cookies and that allow us to measure the performance of campaigns that brought you here.

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work correctly if you do.

We use encrypted connections for this website, restrict access to enquiry records to staff who need it, and require our suppliers to keep your information secure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We will never ask you to send payment to a personal bank account, and we will never ask for your card PIN or online banking password. If you receive such a request claiming to be from us, do not act on it and contact us immediately.

This website is not directed at children. We only process information about a minor where a parent or guardian provides it as part of a family travel booking.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Where a change materially affects how we share your information, we will make that clear on this page.
