Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of the Pakistan Travel Easy website and any enquiry you submit through it. By using the site or submitting an enquiry you accept them.

If you go on to make a booking, that booking will be governed by a separate written confirmation setting out the exact package, price, payment schedule and cancellation terms. Where that confirmation differs from these terms, the confirmation applies to your booking.

Prices shown on this website are indicative starting prices for the tier described, quoted per person on the stated sharing basis, and are not an offer capable of acceptance. They change with airline fares, hotel availability, exchange rates and season.

Seasonal packages, group bookings and overseas departures are quoted on request rather than listed, because their rates depend on dates and party size.

A price is only fixed once we issue a written confirmation and you pay the deposit stated in it. Until then, availability and price remain subject to change.

• Give accurate contact details. We and any partner agency will rely on the phone number you provide.
• Hold a passport with sufficient remaining validity for your intended travel, and meet any vaccination or health requirement that applies.
• Obtain and comply with the visa conditions for your destination. A visa is granted by the relevant authority, not by us.
• Arrive for departure on time and comply with airline, hotel and local regulations while travelling.

Visa issuance, pilgrimage quota allocation and entry permission are decided by government authorities. We can prepare and submit an application and advise on requirements, but no travel company can guarantee a visa, a quota place or entry.

Where a visa is refused, government fees already paid to a consulate or authority are generally not recoverable. Any service fee we have charged for preparing the application is separate from those government fees and is dealt with in your booking confirmation.

We will never ask you to transfer money to a personal bank account, and we will never ask for your card PIN or online banking password. Payments for a booking with us are made only to the account named on our written confirmation and against a receipt.

If anyone contacts you claiming to represent us and asks for payment to a personal account, do not pay. Contact us directly on the number published on this website.

Cancellation and amendment charges depend on the airline fare rules, hotel terms and visa stage that apply to your specific booking, and are set out in your booking confirmation. Government and consular fees are non-refundable once submitted.

Occasionally a supplier changes a hotel, flight or itinerary element beyond our control. Where that happens on a booking we supply, we will offer the nearest equivalent available and tell you promptly.

We take care to keep package descriptions, hotel information and prices current, but this website is provided for general information and may contain errors or become out of date. Nothing on it forms part of a contract until confirmed in writing.

Photographs of hotels, cities and religious sites are illustrative. Room types and views vary by property and availability.

Guidance published on this site about pilgrimage rites is general information, not a religious ruling. Consult a qualified scholar on matters of religious obligation.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Subject to that, we are not liable for the acts or omissions of partner agencies, airlines, hotels, transport operators or government authorities; for losses arising from a visa refusal or quota decision; or for indirect or consequential losses.

We strongly recommend appropriate travel insurance for every traveller.

The content, layout, branding and images on this website belong to Pakistan Travel Easy or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own use, but you may not republish or reproduce them commercially without written permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Islamabad have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
